To me that is now finished, though I might be swithing the violet sating ribbon into ligh green one. It still has all the red flowers sealed with beads on it and now some fake blossoms.
Outfit that would go with that would need frilly things. Lots and lots of frilly things, ribbons and such. And a cane.
