I took reference from Alfred’s hat and made this from piece of felt. I didn’t think it would be enough for it but it was. There wasn’t much left-over felt though. Didn’t notice it had some blue stain on it until seeing it in the photo. –It will be covered completely when the decoration is done though.
Easy or difficult to make? I would say easy.
